I wasted $200 on a Service Inspection that was wrong All, I have been a customer of Fields BME for the past 8 years and we used to recommend it to all friends and family. A month ago we dropped our 20 All, I have been a customer of Fields BME for the past 8 years and we used to recommend it to all friends and family. A month ago we dropped our 2008 BMW 535i for a service, Christian was the service rep, the total estimate for the repaid was $6000 and the exact cost to repair the immediate issue was $3500. I asked the rep to just put a battery in the car and I will take the car to another service shop to evaluate the car. They said they will not do I asked since it’s a waste of my money but $3500 is ideal to fix the car. I had to tow the car to another shop and the issue was fixed with a battery replacement only, $300 vs. I called Christian and told him how disappointed I was about the service and asked him to give my feedback to Jerry the manager. I has been two weeks since then, and I haven’t heard anything from Fields BMW. More

I was attackted by the services leader I came in for an appointment that I scheduled for my vehicle my vehicle had extended warranty when I scheduled the appointment always set is I would I came in for an appointment that I scheduled for my vehicle my vehicle had extended warranty when I scheduled the appointment always set is I would pay $50 deductible after taking the vehicle to Fields BMW and dropping the car off I received a call from the service advisor named Brandon and told me that because of my aftermarket parts my warranty would be void which was not explained from the start as a service advisor you should advise the customer on what or what not is covered and any type of disclosures prior to servicing his vehicle for her vehicle only because certain customers are not aware if you have an aftermarket part your warranty is not covered now now he's trying to charge me $175 plus for nothing absolutely nothing when I try calling them and speaking to him about the issue he starts to be very defensive and the good customer service all of a sudden want to xxxx then I wanted to speak to a manager I spoke to the service advisor manager the worst possible experience I felt like I was attack as a customer he did not help me resolve any issues the only thing he made me feel was scared as a customer I feel like this message should be passed onto anybody purchasing a vehicle and Fields BMW Northfield Illinois to be aware of the service and lack of customer service that this facility provides. I feel like I've been robbed without a weapon I feel like because of what they made me sign that it's like putting a gun to my head and making me take my money that I work for for absolutely nothing they do not service my vehicle they did not fix any issue they didn't give me anything they just said you know what you're screwed sign here pay their sayonara what's IPO service what type of retail facility what type of car dealership is Fields BMW that's a very good question before purchasing a vehicle there warning warning warning the worst service I've ever experience is that Fields BMW Northfield Illinois this message will be spread apart social media Twitter to anybody who I can even come across too I know a huge huge network of people that actually shop at Fields BMW I will tell him about my experience as a customer I feel BMW and I will make sure that no one ever shop there again because of the poor experience that I've received I will make sure that every single person is aware of what type of scam artists and what type of customer service these type of people promote I feel hurt as a customer. Thank you for spending time with me discussing all of my available options and helping me make the best value decision for vehicle. As I mentioned in the store, there is a reason I bring a Perillo purchases car to your location for service and repair.
