Look no further! When my warranty ran out i thought i could save money for general maintenance at a local authorized BMW service center. WRONG! after several visits, much frustration and many $ spent - i finally got smart and went to Fields. They diagnosed the issue immediately. The repairs were done efficiently and professionally. They not only took great care of my car, they took great care of me too! They ensured i made it ro work on time by providing transportation needed. Everything seemed so effortless. Long wait w bad service I have been to this dealership several times and have been underwhelmed by the service provided each time. Each visit required very long hold times t I have been to this dealership several times and have been underwhelmed by the service provided each time. Each visit required very long hold times to speak w anyone in service. Once at the dealership I have had several long wait times (30-45 minutes) only to be told that service would not be getting to my car for another 60 minutes. I was also charged for “rags” when my car was serviced. The odd thing is that I bought a Range Rover from Fields and a Volvo from Firelds, both dealerships are literally next door to BMW and had great service and experiences both places. Very disappointed in Fields BMW. More

Very good experience, with a couple of suggestions I was welcomed cordially and assisted immediately, as usual. I had a nice snack and got some work done while I waited. I would suggest, though, that the dealership remember to offer the car wash to everyone. Also, I asked the cashier to please change the name on the account which she did, but the spelling is incorrect, and correspondence to me is addressed to “Mr.” when it should be “Ms.”. Overall, the visit was very satisfactory and these are small issues. More

I’ve interacted with him a few times over the years, he’s always very helpful, gives good explanations, and isn’t pushy with future/lower priority needs. He showed me how to adjust my headlights, something an independent shop didn’t do properly before. I will recommend him and Fields to my friends and family, without hesitation. Good service advisors and a strong service department are so important, thanks Fields! More
