My experience was less than exceptional. When the appt My experience was less than exceptional. When the appt was made, I specifically said I need a rental car. Since none were available I was informed t My experience was less than exceptional. When the appt was made, I specifically said I need a rental car. Since none were available I was informed that I would get a shuttle to and from the hospital where I work. I also wanted a diagnostic and then requested to be called before anything would be done as I was deciding whether or not to sell the car to CarMax depending on how much work it needed. It did need substantial work so I sold to CarMax but paid $99 for an oil change the day before giving car to CarMax (waste) as they did it before calling. I was unable to get a ride back and thus had to pay for an Uber. Once back I paid for diagnostic and oil change but then there was no transport workers to locate my car so I aimlessly went outside and searched. Once I found it I walked back inside for my key. That was my experience. They contacted me for feedback which I provided but then they vanished. No compensation as expected but not even a reply apologizing. More
