excellent service and advice I have a 2007 X3. Love the car but it was in need of servicing.... mainly oil leaks which aren't surprising, based on the age of the car. After a thor I have a 2007 X3. Chris Goodrich went thru the list of repairs needed, and I was able to decide what was most urgent and a few follow up repairs that I will have done in a month from now. His advice really helped my budget by scheduling out the next services due. And the diagnostic fees were deducted form the final bill. All in all an excellent experience. And thank you Herbie Gaines for setting up,the appointment with Chris. When we're ready for a trade in we will come see you! More

Unexpectedly Smooth Sailing Gotta say, I was bracing for the worst about getting a new car serviced so quickly, however, my experience on this trip was actually pretty great. Gotta say, I was bracing for the worst about getting a new car serviced so quickly, however, my experience on this trip was actually pretty great. I made my appointment online, showed up at the directed time, and was walked directly over to a Service Advisor, who had my info pulled up and ready to go. My car is BRAND new, and had developed a glitch in the iDrive system within days of purchase at another dealership (highly annoying!). They updated the software, in less time than had been anticipated. In the meantime, I enjoyed a 'complimentary' made-to-order omelette, used the free wifi, plugged in my laptop, and watched CNN. I'm sure that there could have been some frustrated customers, but my first experience at Fields was quite pleasant! More

While waiting, the cafe staff ask I needed anything to eat or drink. Since my appointment was at 7:30 am, I missed breakfast. They prepared something healthy for me to eat and I continued with my work. The service professional notified me my car was ready, ahead of schedule, and I was on my way. The car was clean both inside and out. Thank you! More

Service team has always been great, fair prices and worked to take care of you. I have previously bought 4 BMWs from them (since 2005), but had to move to another dealer for my most recent 2 BMWs as my previous client advisor had left and the ones currently working with the dealer did not care about my previous purchases or that i was looking to buy 2 more. They wouldnt budge on price, got an offer for $5k less at the other dealer for the 2 cars before negotiations. More
