Another great experience with Fields BMW service department. Very happy with with my SA Chris Goodrich. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. My 2011 BMW X5d was fixed on time and fixed correctly. Sadly, the comments about all of the corrections and management changes are COMING FROM THE SAME MANGEMENT TEAM I DEALT WITH DURING THE TIMES OF BAD SERVICE. Hence the title, "WHAT A CROCK". service check I didnt realized the appt. scheduler gave me Jerry as my service agent. Jerry was a trooper and pass the service to Ed when I seem surprised and disap I didnt realized the appt. scheduler gave me Jerry as my service agent. Jerry was a trooper and pass the service to Ed when I seem surprised and disappointed that it wasn't Ed who has been my regular service agent. He came to check on me at waiting area and ensured me that Ed will take care of me once Ed is back from lunch. He even apologized and thanks me for the long wait. Although Jerry didn't perform my service, he has been very professional and polite. As usual,Ed has done the job to my satisfaction. Fields' s service is no doubt the best around. No complain as always. More
