I had my car serviced at Fields BMW and after the service was performed, I discovered that cash was stolen from my dashboard. I reported the situation to the manager and they refunded me the exact amount tha was performed, I discovered that cash was stolen from my dashboard. I asked for them to reimburse the gas for driving back to dealership (I had returned home and then discovered the missing cash), but they refused. I understand the dealership is not liable for stolen items or damaged goods inside the car during the car service. However, it doesn’t give me confidence to use the service at this location again because the person who stole the money hasn’t be caught at the time of writing this review. I politely remind people to not store valuable items in the car while getting it serviced. It’s common sense, but I was in a rush and forgot to take the cash out. Nevertheless, I expected more from this dealership because they’re supposed to be trustworthy. I gave two stars because the dealership resolved this conflict adequately but not more due to the theft. More

Be upfront with your customers about what they're actually paying for which, at the end of the day, is their overhead for their mechanics. Or take accountability for those YOU employ and provide them fair wages and don't rely on your CUSTOMERS to foot the bill. Lost another customer, great job fields BMW! More
