In 2015 wanted to buy m235i, went in checked, asked for 1000 off MSRP for the deal and was told "don't try to buy steak with burger money". 2. In 2020, found an advertisement on them selling a x3 loaner, went in, negotiated and agreed to buy the car at their LISTED PRICE. Had them appraise the car they gave me 7000 for the trade in. Went out to carmax, they gave me 10 grand. Next day, told them i won't be trading in but instead putting cash down for the car. Told me ok, asked me how much carmax gave me, i went honest and told them. 5 mins later, got a call, told me they would only sell if i trade in the car. THEY ARE HORRIBLE MEANWHILE THE SNEAKIEST DEALER EVER!!!!!!!!! More

Great Certified Buying Experience Looked on line for months, researched, watched YouTube videos about car buying, etc. etc. Finally saw the car I wanted. Worked with Lisa at Fields BM Looked on line for months, researched, watched YouTube videos about car buying, etc. etc. Finally saw the car I wanted. Worked with Lisa at Fields BMW and the experience could not have gone better. She was straightforward, answered my questions, walked me through the entire process. No gimmicks, no extra fees, and I paid exactly what I expected to pay. The used prices they have on-line are the price you pay. The prices are fair; they are not expensive or cheap. I probably could have driven 25 miles to another dealer, haggled for hours, only to save $500. I’d rather pay something that’s fair and have a hassle free experience with an outstanding service department. If you are looking for a specific Certified BMW and a very straightforward/no drama car buying experience, wait until one pops up at Fields and make an appointment with Lisa. Don’t overthink it. The whole process took a little over 3 hours....from the test drive to walking through the warranty/paperwork to the Financing. Her follow up after was very professional too. Other Dealer Rater reviews of other dealers were concerning to me. The Fields reviews, candidly, were almost too good with multiple people weighing in with positive feedback. I was skeptical for sure but as far as this Certified Car purchase with Lisa Wyatt at Fields it lived up to the hype. If you want drama and high blood pressure, go somewhere else. More
