My wife and I have the greatest experience of our lifetime buying our last BMW X5 4.8i from this dealer. We were treated with ALL respects by this dealer, especially the used car sale man, Kris Mroz lifetime buying our last BMW X5 4.8i from this dealer. We were treated with ALL respects by this dealer, especially the used car sale man, Kris Mroz. Our experience started out from a first welcome phone call from Kris. He called right after I made an appointment to go in and test drive the car I found on the Field web site. The car was prepared and ready for us to test drive as it was said to be before our arrival. The car has more than 98% of what we have been looking for, such as color, horsepower, packages, etc. It was tested good by us alone. Then we decided to go in for the car without any pressure from the sale man. The negotiation was so quick and easy because it was given to us as we wanted. The application for finance was a little long due to late in the day, but we got the reasonable interest rate we wanted. The closing was quick as well with no problem. Kris took care of the trunk cover as he promised, the 1/2 tank-full gas, and license plate installation. In addition, this used car sale man even went out of his comfort zone or out of the box in order to be able to get the second key set from the previous owner for us, which has never been promised during our buying. But he did it nicely and professionally. We will not forget such experience. I believe in "First impression lasts forever!" We will take advantage of going this dealer for free car wash and BBQ once awhile. :-) ;-) ;-) More
Went to this dealership to buy a car, and knew an updated model of the 5 series was coming out. I wanted to see how Alex would respond to me saying I am thinking about waiting for the 2014 model with the upd model of the 5 series was coming out. I wanted to see how Alex would respond to me saying I am thinking about waiting for the 2014 model with the updated change. He basically in a nutshell told me not to believe everything I read on the internet and media. Alex told me the 2014 will have no change. Oh wait a week later the new 2014 5 series pictures was officially released by BMW. Towards the end of our negotiation, I told him this was the first dealer I was stopping by however the car they had in the inventory wasn't exactly the exact color I wanted. Unless the price is right I would take it, however Alex seems to get very impatient with me. I said another BMW Dealership had the color I wanted and quoted me a lower price and he basically said you are not comparing Apples to Apples. Well I know that, with BMW many many options you can add and subtract I know it won't be the exact same car. Alex came clean one thing from the very beginning, they will NOT be the lowest price dealer!!! To sum it up, they are not the lowest price, not the friendliest, not patient with their customers, insulted the customers intelligence. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. Would have gotten the car if he was patient enough and have the courtesy to follow-up with a series potential customer. More
People complain a fair amount (yes, even on the north shore) over the smallest things when they don’t get done right. I recently had my car’s bumper repaired as well as my flat tire replaced (as well as numerous other service issues over the past 14 years of driving BMWs). The repair work was a little more involved than initially thought and I appreciated Chris’ updating me on the status of things as well as how long things would take and when they were done, but more importantly, he has always been professional (he has a great handle on the technical aspects of the cars and is able to simplify what is being done so that I can understand everything) as well as courteous and friendly. Please recognize that I choose Fields for my service and car needs in part because of Chris’ service. He is a good representative for Fields. Kind regards, Steve More

I purchased a car that they were going to hold....sold it out from under me, offered a 2011 for $$, took delivery to MI and then car arrived with no owners manual or floor mats. Called to see if they would make it right, nope not gonna happen! apparently 2011 BMW's do not come with floor mats or manuals unless stated in the purchase agreement! REALLY!!!!! Never been treated so poorly by a dealership ever. More
My family has been purchasing cars from Fields for over 20 years but to me, this was my first purchasing experience with them. I came out with a fair deal, a nice car and most importantly, pleased with the 20 years but to me, this was my first purchasing experience with them. Wednesday I called and got a next-day service appointment. Thanks to my extended service and maintenance warranty, I paid a $50.00 deductible for regular 10,000 mile oil change etc., front brakes appointment. Thanks to my extended service and maintenance warranty, I paid a $50.00 deductible for regular 10,000 mile oil change etc., front brakes replacement, sensor replacement, oil filter gasket leak, and faulty windshield wiper replacement. Because my X3 had to stay overnight, I was provided with a loaner car. My car was even washed prior to delivery. Mr. Goodrich and the Fields service staff are just plain great! Thank you, Fields BMW.
