excellent service and advice I have a 2007 X3. Love the car but it was in need of servicing.... mainly oil leaks which aren't surprising, based on the age of the car. After a thor I have a 2007 X3. Love the car but it was in need of servicing.... mainly oil leaks which aren't surprising, based on the age of the car. After a thorough diagnostic, my service rep. Chris Goodrich went thru the list of repairs needed, and I was able to decide what was most urgent and a few follow up repairs that I will have done in a month from now. His advice really helped my budget by scheduling out the next services due. And the diagnostic fees were deducted form the final bill. All in all an excellent experience. And thank you Herbie Gaines for setting up,the appointment with Chris. When we're ready for a trade in we will come see you! More
