Long wait w bad service I have been to this dealership several times and have been underwhelmed by the service provided each time. Each visit required very long hold times t I have been to this dealership several times and have been underwhelmed by the service provided each time. Each visit required very long hold times to speak w anyone in service. Once at the dealership I have had several long wait times (30-45 minutes) only to be told that service would not be getting to my car for another 60 minutes. I was also charged for “rags” when my car was serviced. The odd thing is that I bought a Range Rover from Fields and a Volvo from Firelds, both dealerships are literally next door to BMW and had great service and experiences both places. Very disappointed in Fields BMW. More

Used car purchase I didn’t get a fair price for my trade in.
