Great Buying Experience! I purchased a certified preowned 2014 BMW i8 from Fields BMW. I was interested in a vehicle listing I found online, but a little nervous about it bein I purchased a certified preowned 2014 BMW i8 from Fields BMW. I was interested in a vehicle listing I found online, but a little nervous about it being an out of state purchase. I contacted the dealer via phone, and spoke with Tom Ambat of used car sales. Tom reassured me that he has had many deals out of state and not had any issues in the past, putting my mind at ease. He was very helpful, kept a good line of communication, was very prompt with getting the paperwork to me, and he made the entire purchase process seamless. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. He also helped coordinate transport of my vehicle from the dealer in Illinois to my driveway in Pennsylvania. The sales manager (Jim) worked very hard to make sure all rebates were applied to the vehicle and helped to facilitate a very smooth buying process with our sales person Carrie Shapiro. Unlike other dealers, there was no xx on the trade-in, no bait and switch on anything. The sales people and managers are more empowered than other dealers; meaning your time isn't wasted by back and fort escalations up the sales chain. The F&I person was also quite helpful, she explained options for service and warranties without being overly pushy. We would definitely consider Fields for our next vehicle. More
