Look no further! When my warranty ran out i thought i could save money for general maintenance at a local authorized BMW service center. WRONG! after several visits, much frustration and many $ spent - i finally got smart and went to Fields. They diagnosed the issue immediately. The repairs were done efficiently and professionally. They not only took great care of my car, they took great care of me too! They ensured i made it ro work on time by providing transportation needed. Everything seemed so effortless. Really good experience buying car for aging mother We shopped three other local car dealers tying to find a car that would hit criteria for our aging mother before we landed at Fields. One dealer felt a little slick, one felt a bit uninterested in helping, the third just didn’t hit the mark somehow. We went to Fields just to have a quick look. We were met with several very helpful staff that answered all our questions right away and let us know that they had any info we might need and very much wanted to help. And it worked. We got an excellent deal on a loaner model that was a great price and had every option we were after. It was hands down the best feeling dealership in terms of helpful staff willing.to listen and inform. the ‘geniuses’ were really great. More

Purchase Staff are very patient, considerate and walk you through the whole process. My only comment is they don’t call you for update of your transaction. i.e. we came on a Wednesday afternoon,, I got a call when I arrive home that they cannot pull out my file, I bought 3 cars from BMW and had use your financing. I don’t know what happened there at your end. I was asked to provide more verification of my identity. I was assured that they will call me the following day with update. Never received any call, I have to call them myself instead. we picked up the car on Sat. Otherwise over all we are satisfied with the service. More
