Mr Ruiz, You were the one that told me “the times are stressful and I don’t need this“ and you also were the one who refused to service my car, telling my son that “Fields is a private company “ and my car wouldn’t be worked on at your service department. That was despite me agreeing to your $200 inspection fee and despite the fact that we had a scheduled service appointment for a routine maintenance. You, Mr Ruiz instructed my son to take the car to Knauz BMW instead. You, Mr Ruiz were the one who had completely brushed off my concerns about an inappropriate conduct on your part and then, not realizing that the phone was still on, loudly used profanity while my son was still there. I find your response disingenuous at the very least and sincerely hope that you’d consider the fact that you’re an agent of your organization and you have painted it in a very negative light.

Hello Paul, YOUR disappointed?! Not nearly as much as I am! A New issue has appeared on my vehicle - the CHECK ENGINE light has come on after only a few days. This was a $50,000+ car Field's BMW sold me! My NEW car is UNDRIVABLE! Now, I'm told by Fields that they can't take a look at the car for a week! How am I supposed to get around now? Buying used from Field's has been a terrible, regretful experience and I certainly would not recommend anyone buying from Field's. Paul, you may want to speak with the used car sales manager, Jay Gerdes about these serious issues. I would also like to be placed in touch with the General Manager of the dealership. The last thing I expected was that Field's would sell a $50,000 car with false promises, false claims and mechanical problems. I hope you live up to your word and make this right.

UPDATE: Legal Action Initiated Due to Unsatisfactory Used Car Purchase Experience Dear Fields BMW Management, Paul Laton, Steve Mcdonald, General Manager I am writing to inform you that, after several attempts to reach a fair resolution regarding the used car I purchased from your dealership, I have been left with no choice but to initiate legal action. As previously communicated, the used car sales manager assured me of the vehicle's excellent condition, which turned out to be far from the truth. Upon discovering the numerous issues with the vehicle, I reached out to your dealership, expecting to receive assistance in resolving the matter. Instead, I was met with dismissive responses and a complete lack of accountability. The unwillingness to address the situation has left me with a faulty vehicle and a significant financial burden, as I have been forced to cover the cost of necessary repairs myself. It is my belief that Fields BMW has misrepresented the condition of the vehicle and failed to HONOR decent business practices. In addition, the dealership's refusal to work towards a fair resolution has left me no alternative but to seek legal recourse. I had hoped that Fields BMW would act in good faith and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience with your dealership has been nothing short of disappointing. I sincerely hope that this legal action serves as a wakeup call for your management team, and that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that future customers are not subjected to the same treatment. I regret that our relationship has reached this point, but I am left with no other option in order to seek justice for the damages incurred and all other allowable damages.
