Dealer from xxxx! Couldn't even evaluate the condition of a battery. Required 2 visits to repair. Lost my car both times. Last time they had the car for over 2 weeks. Called John, the service manager and he couldn't find the car either. He never ever called back so customer concern is not of interest to him. Received a call a week or so later from some lady doing a service review. She was the only one who showed any interest in customer satisfaction. She was concerned and said someone would contact us. Weeks later and no follow up so obviously the customer is not important. When I went to pick up the car after paying they gave me the keys and said the car was parked in the main drive at the entrance. After looking --no car. Again asked the lady and she said I would have to ask one of the Service techs and pointed him out. After waiting considerable time for him to get off the phone he said it was on the west curb. Again -- no car. After looking in the outside lot I finally found. Most BMW dealers have your car cleaned and waiting. My wife's was dirty and it was a real scavenger hunt to find. My wife loves the car and we are looking to buy her a new one. However, you can be assured it will not be at Fields in Lakeland. "Dealer From xxxx!" More
This is the second vehicle that we have purchased at Fields. We purchased a 1997 528i with Lance Lightsey and now a 2013 328i with Josh Parker. Our 528i lasted 16 years and Fields continues to maintain Fields. We purchased a 1997 528i with Lance Lightsey and now a 2013 328i with Josh Parker. Our 528i lasted 16 years and Fields continues to maintain its quality service. It was nice to see that Lance Lightsey is now a manager! Josh Parker was very through and informative and helped me ease into a new, modern vehicle. We appreciate the prompt, courteous service that my husband and I received. They exceeded my expectations, by producing a higher model of vehicle (75 Parker, Client Advisor listened to exactly what I was looking for in a BMW. They exceeded my expectations, by producing a higher model of vehicle (750i), with all of the features I was looking for, in fantastic condition, within my desired price range! The level of Customer Service and professionalism at Fields BMW is unparalleled in my opinion!!! More
Excellent customer service. Not only did they take care of my wife's vehicle, they also notify me of a recall for that vehicle and scheduled the work to be done around my schedule. Ironically we went there for service and ended up purchasing another vehicle from the lot. Everything was handled professionally. They even provided me with a vehicle in order to get the vehicle I traded in since I needed to bring the stock wheels for that vehicle and they would not fit on the car. I have never written a positive review about a car dealership however I felt compelled to do so by the superior customer service provided by Fields BMW of Lakeland and Josh Parker specifically. I have previousely owned 3 BMWs and yet this is the first time I felt the sales person was upfront and went above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. I purchased a 2010 X5 sight unseen, the car was held for me 10 days while I traveled and when I picked it up the deal was honored and I was in and out of the place in less than an hour including completing a financing application. In addition, the headlight had a crack in it and to repair it they actually drove over an hour to my home, picked up the X5 and left my wife with a loaner. Overall, a great experience and would certainly recommend! More

Great place, great experience.... I have been a customer for Toyota and Honda which are great products. I love them both. But after becoming a BMW owner now is a whole different story... of course BMW are n for Toyota and Honda which are great products. I love them both. But after becoming a BMW owner now is a whole different story... of course BMW are not just your typical American or Japanese cars, my BMW I only use it for weekends or special occasion, its not a daily driver. I went to Reeves in Tampa and they are not comparison with Fields in lakeland, my experience there was amazing. I never had such great customer service. Richie, the shop foreman treats you more than a friend, he's Like a family working on your vehicle., he'll go out of his way to make sure you're satisfy, Richie is Fields BMW (I hope he never leaves because he is the reason why so many customers return to this dealer to get their vehicles serviced) he's amazing and I'm very happy to know my car is in good hands and properly serviced with its warranty. Forget those others that don't know BMW. Thank you Fields BMW, muchas Gracias Richie and Tina at the service department !!!!!! More
