I recently moved from NY to NJ and when an few logistical issues came up, Mike totally handled everything and did the right thing by me. Just a refreshing breath of air!! Hey guys, my name is Tim, and I just visited of fiat of Morris county yesterday and I really did enjoy the place. Before, I came in last Saturday and Hey guys, my name is Tim, and I just visited of fiat of Morris county yesterday and I really did enjoy the place. Before, I came in last Saturday and was happy because we could not come to a deal as it was the ending day of the work. Now during the mean time of this week both guys have worked to get my an approved loan. Once I made an appointment to come back in this past Saturday everything went smooth sailing... mark let me test drive the car without any pressure, just me and my girlfriend and we then returned the car. Once we did we talked numbers about 20 mins and mark even gave me a little more than initial on the trade and even lowered some things, to get me into a more comfortable monthly payment. These guys are upfront, honest, and just great people I have ever been around. And last but not least, once we were ready to take the car, it was cleaned and they even filled up our tank!.....and yes an actual full tank!....thanks guys, you do live by your credo of customers first and I got a taste of that. We came to the dealership just to look at the fairly new little car on the market. We looked around the lot and Mike came out to introduce himself and said he could answer any questions if needed. He then left us alone to talk. We had a few questions so we went in to talk with him. And what we found was the nicest man who answered all our questions WITHOUT any sales tactics or pressures. We left with all the information requested and were so refreshed to go to a car dealership and find a salesman who DID NOT try to FORCE us into buying something. I emailed Mike with a few more questions which he responded to quickly and we found ourselves going back to see him within several days. We decided on a car and Mike walked us threw all the steps 1 2 3. We drove away with our 2014 FIAT with peace of mind and no hours of waiting and no stacks of papers to sign.
