He located the truck I wanted and helped me to obtain the necessary financing. Central gave me a very fair price on my trade-in and did what was necessary to make the deal. Since then, I have taken my vehicle in for service. They were able to get me in immediately for service and gave me a big discount on my oil changes. Central Ford has great owners and employees who are knowledgeable and friendly. There was never any pressure to buy a vehicle and the transactions I have had with them were hassle free. Ford needs more dealerships like this one!!! More

Great customer service, poor workmanship! I took my 2013 Lincoln in for a regular oil change with no previous mechanical problems until shortly after the service at Central. Suddenly I need a new PTU ($1800) and now there's an oil leak in the turbo motor ($345)! While the service manager was pleasant and efficient, I have the feeling that the mechanic purposely caused those problems so that I'd have to come back for service. Makes you want to say, Hmmmm... Fast Friendly service I went in to have my old car serviced. While I was waiting, I decided to walk around and browse some of the vehicles on the lot. I met one of the sal I went in to have my old car serviced. While I was waiting, I decided to walk around and browse some of the vehicles on the lot. I met one of the sales people named Dale, and prepared to fend him off since I wasn't looking to buy anything. He wasn't pushy, and told me about some of the rebates and specials that they were having at the time. To be honest it sounded to good to be true. It did get my interest though. Long story short, he was telling me the truth, and I left with a new car and my payment was less than what I paid on my old car 10 years ago! I wish I had looked into buying earlier. I'm saving a lot of money on gas and don't have to worry about any more repairs for a long time. Oh, and they also didn't charge me for having my old car serviced. I'd recommend them. More
