Excellent Dealership When I purchased my new F-150 from Central Ford, I found the salesman to be extremely knowledgeable about Ford products and their vehicle inventory. He located the truck I wanted and helped me to obtain the necessary financing. Central gave me a very fair price on my trade-in and did what was necessary to make the deal. Since then, I have taken my vehicle in for service. They were able to get me in immediately for service and gave me a big discount on my oil changes. Central Ford has great owners and employees who are knowledgeable and friendly. There was never any pressure to buy a vehicle and the transactions I have had with them were hassle free. Ford needs more dealerships like this one!!! More

Great customer service, poor workmanship! I took my 2013 Lincoln in for a regular oil change with no previous mechanical problems until shortly after the service at Central. While the service manager was pleasant and efficient, I have the feeling that the mechanic purposely caused those problems so that I'd have to come back for service. Makes you want to say, Hmmmm...
