I went in to get my truck checked for a leak Monday. Brought the part that was needed, was told the part will be here Tuesday went Wednesday and they didn’t know where my part was at. First she seen it but don’t know where it was put then it’s not there yet. And still haven’t received a call if the part is on back order or not. I based me getting my truck fixed from the time they gave me of when the part will be back. Now I’m in a bind because I can’t drive my truck and now the mechanic I have to fix it is moving on to other cars and it won’t be until next week before I can get my truck fixed. More

Last week my car would not shift gears i thought my transmission was gone took it to central ford come to find out it was a simple fix was still under warranty and the part was in stock had me back on transmission was gone took it to central ford come to find out it was a simple fix was still under warranty and the part was in stock had me back on the road in less than 2 hours ( would have been sooner if i had not got talking to Tracy in sales ) thats great service now I'm gonna buy the 2021 ecosport and keeping my 2014 focus More
