The people are what make this a great place to take your vehicle. Everyone I have dealt with is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The service manager, Jean listens to what the custo your vehicle. Everyone I have dealt with is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The service manager, Jean listens to what the customer has to say, knows what she is talking about, does what she says she will. She always keeps me informed of the status of any repairs or maintenance. The technicians are very knowledgeable and get it right every time. I drive 1 hour and fifteen minutes from Virginia to bring my truck to this dealer because I don't have the same confidence in my local dealers and I have tried them all. More
NOT SATISFIED. Asked for inspection and emphasized air be checked in all tires because LOW TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON. After paying bill, turned vehicle on got same message. When inquired was told I needed to drive vehicle for light to go out which I knew wasn't true. Got someone else to check all tires, right rear tire had 22, added air and light immediately went out. Asked to have rotors checked as well; was told checking tire pressure, brakes, rotors was all a part of the inspection. Makes me wonder if anything was actually done . More

I would recommend this dealership if you don't mind having to repeatedly try to get in contact with someone to have them respond. ONCE they respond everything is great, but getting them to respond is having to repeatedly try to get in contact with someone to have them respond. Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. As always, I got the ol' "You need brakes and wiper blades" phone call. Upon picking up vehicle I noticed the tires had not been rotated and when I asked about it was told "Oh yeah, we did rotate your tires". I said ask the mechanic if he rotated them and he said he had not. I then reminded her that the tire rotation was supposed to be free because that was the promise they made when I purchased them from Central Ford. She responded by saying they were under new ownership and that promise was no longer valid and that besides that "It was only $6.00" ...WHAT!! So instead of telling me to pull my truck in and they would immediately rotate my tires and remove the fee from my bill, she got an attitude and snapped at me telling me I would have to go into the front office to have the tire rotation removed from my bill. After voicing my complaint to the Gerneral Manager I left the business, most likely not to return. The sad part is, I have been dealing with this business for 30-plus years and this has been standard behavior. More

Waited almost 2hours to get oil, filter and tires rotated. I was the only customer on the quick lane side. Several attempts were made to upsell products and services that were not needed.
