To whom it may concern, I was very impressed with the service at Ferrari of Palm Beach. All I had to do was make on phone call to Joe in the service department and my car was picked up within the hour an service at Ferrari of Palm Beach. It was music to my ears that the only reason the wrench 🔧 sign came on was part of the general maintenance. Joe was very professional and the car was back in my garage at my house within a day or so, washed and all. The transport company they use was also very professional. I purchased a used Porsche Cayman two months ago from Ferrari of PB. I literally drove the car less than 10 times since it’s been at The Collection for constant repairs since I live in the Miami area. Ev Ferrari of PB. Every time I drive out of the dealership another light goes off and another part has to be ordered, so far there were three replaced parts. This car is 💯 a lemon but when I drove it out of the Ferrari dealer they assured me that this car was checked complete in mint condition. Obviously the service department at Ferrari of Palm Beach sucks! More
