Inquired about one of their pre owned cars. When I reached Kyle he was professional and eager to get my requested info on the car. The next day I did not receive an email or a call so I called When I reached Kyle he was professional and eager to get my requested info on the car. The next day I did not receive an email or a call so I called back to find out it was Kyles day off. That’s fine but if you say you Will get info to a customer then do what you say. So I call in and ask for someone else to get me some info on the car. Enter Michael who sends me what info he had (but was same info I received from auto trader) and I appreciated his efforts but he could not provide an original build sheet ( first time a dealer could not provide that to me.) fast forward 8 days w zero contact from them. I contact Kyle and ask why? He apologized and asked if he could call me as he was on his way into the office ,I said yes, no call. I sent he an email and next day he responded via email saying , was his day off and can now ans my questions. So my 3rd request if car is CPO. Kyle responds that they are not Porsche dealer and cannot certify it end of conversation! I clearly know they are not a Porsche dealer but many cars are sold as CPO from dealers that acquire them already certified. No offering to call a Porsche dealer to get build sheet, or inquire if they offer an extended warranty ( which they do. Part of the experience of buying a 6 figure car is the entire experience.,unfortunately this dealership does not understand that service element. This continues I get a call from a woman about the car requesting I call her back. I call back in 5 min and get a Leave a messages for no name, I call again 3 hrs later again a machine so I state ,I am returning her call again please call me back. Meanwhile I get an email from GM asking about my experience,I call him and he is tied up ( all good they are trying to reach out and I am glad. I responded to his email stating I am glad to offer my feedback on my experience with his dealership. 2 days have passed and no call from the mystery lady ,nor the GM ,nor either of the salesmen. Shame this should have been an easy sale with a little business negotiation and the car could have been in my garage right now. Oh well there are always others who will be glad to sell me a used 6 figure car . More
