Sharon made sure my mechanical need was immediately met and then let me know that no charge would be needed as the tire repair was still under warrant. I then called to learn how the tire notice on my dash and then let me know that no charge would be needed as the tire repair was still under warrant. Very professional and knowledgeable but your waiting area is too small and uncomfortable. I also went in for an oil change and wasn’t told they were doing an update. I would have given 5 stars but they let our car sit 2 weeks because they needed form signed. Then they say they will hold check until end but it went through 2 hours later. I am praying after the body shop having my suv fir 3 months plus that the job is done right . Very disappointed with communication as I had big communication issues with sales department. I will say the salesman certainly knew the vehicle inside and out. He was just bad with getting everything signed the first time. Then couldn’t get emails. Really I should give them a 3 conserving we paid over 50k for bad service More
