The Service Team Rocks while I did have to make three visits before the interior top was fixed to perfection, that was not the service departments fault. Corporate Volvo ha while I did have to make three visits before the interior top was fixed to perfection, that was not the service departments fault. Corporate Volvo had to approve the replacement as it was under warranty and very expensive. But, this happens no matter what car you buy. Matt, my service advisor is simply wonderful and felt bad that I had to come back. His empathy was genuine and welcomed. He is a treasure, making sure he explained to me what was being done to rectify the situation. Anytime I visit the service department for normal maintenance, my car is returned to me in a reasonable amount of time, and always much cleaner then when I brought it in. More

I was leaving on vacation when I had a hard time getting my car out of Park. I called and got Jim Connor in service. He knew what to do to get my car out of Park so I could drive it. (shift knob button broke off) When I arrived I found service department busy, but Jim was eager to help so I could start my vacation. He had my car fixed in less than an hour. Jim did a Great job!
