My car buying experience in the past has always been difficult. Different numbers than the one we verbaly agreed on at the time of signing, not clear on the information about the car specifications, pus difficult. For my surprise Josh McCain at Ferman Volvo was extraordinary. Patient with my 75yo mom. I made an out-the-door offer on the vehicle and didn't have to wait long until i got an answer. And the attention and treatment was top notch. Cordial, respectful, honest. I think i found my go to place for my future vehicle purchase needs. Well done Josh, keep it up. I'll be coming back. More
