Matt has absolutely no idea what customer service is . . I brought my XC90 in to have windshield replaced at 9:40am Matt told me car would be ready end of day. No one contacted me about status so I called . I brought my XC90 in to have windshield replaced at 9:40am Matt told me car would be ready end of day. No one contacted me about status so I called at 5:40 pm to find out car wasn't going to be ready until sometime the next day. Sharon informed me it needed 12-14 hours before I could drive it. Problem is no one bothered to tell me, the owner of the car that i would be without it for the better part of 2 days... WORST service department staff,Matt and worst salesman Mike ever, who lied to me for 7 1/2 weeks that windshield was on order... More

This dealership went out of their way, literally, to accommodate my need for concierge pickup service. They did a great job installing the computer updates to my 2023 vehicle.
