Mike was great at understanding our needs and desires and found us a great car. I stated clearly I did not want to spend time inside the dealership. I ended up spending hours with the financing which should found us a great car. I stated clearly I did not want to spend time inside the dealership. Also regarding financing; I was told they’d work on the best deal; when they told me the rate I almost left the deal but then said I was a credit union member, no one had even asked. That credit union did not work out but the rate they offered was better than matched by JP MORGAN CHASE. After more haggling that should’ve been necessary I got the lower rate. So how was I offered the best deal? It felt like bait and switch or try to take advantage of a female buyer. I will see how it goes from here. I expected to go sign pick up and leave. I spent more than 3 hours inside where I did not want to be. More
