Josh McCain behind exceeded my expectations and was a great help. Came to the dealer having never driven a Volvo. Michael was great, took the time to explain all the perks of the XC60, and then took me out on a test drive. Needless to say I was hooked! Have had the vehic was great, took the time to explain all the perks of the XC60, and then took me out on a test drive. Needless to say I was hooked!
