Best Service Department in the Business I have owned Volvo's since 1998 and been involved with may service departments as we were a military family and moved around a lot. Matt Ketchum and I have owned Volvo's since 1998 and been involved with may service departments as we were a military family and moved around a lot. Matt Ketchum and Sharon O'Connor are by far the best service staff I have ever encountered. They are super helpful, professional, available, friendly and always upfront about repairs and the costs. They keep the costs down and do everything in their power to make the experience joyfully. I look forward to seeing Sharon and Matt when my car needs a service, new tires, or wheel alignment etc. They do ALL of the maintenance on my car because I trust them and like them very much. They are a joy to be around. More

Great customer and car service I have been coming here for 20 years and have bought two cars from them. I am Volvo for life. I love Ferman Volvo Of Tarpon Springs Service Department! I would recommend Ferman Volvo of Tarpon Springs to anyone!! I had called Crown Volvo of Clearwater because it was closer and their quote was $300 mo I would recommend Ferman Volvo of Tarpon Springs to anyone!! I had called Crown Volvo of Clearwater because it was closer and their quote was $300 more!! I had not had a great experience with Crown the last time and I should of known!! Ferman Volvo of Tarpon Springs was worth the hour drive it took me in morning traffic to and from!!
