My salesman was Braxton Simmons, and the financial manager was Robin Campbell, in which they did an amazing job! Braxton was very patient, kind, and honest about the deal. He worked very hard to get me the best deal he could which was evident when comparing quotes from other dealerships in the central Florida area. Not only so, but there was no "haggling". From the get go Braxton provided the best price, but continued to work with me in other facets of the purchase. I would recommend both the dealership, and Braxton, to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda. I was looking for an upgrade from my 2013 CX-5 Touring FWD and decided to go for the 2016 CX-5 Grand Touring AWD. I was on a budget, but wanted an upgrade for a pending move to Hawaii. The staff bent over backwards to get me a great deal on my new 2016 CX-5 GT. Catherine Campo was my sales associate and provided me with a thorough performance check of my vehicle, that really showcased the AWD feature; it was interactive and made me feel ultimately confidant with the handling and maneuvering of the upgraded AWD package. All in all, this was my second car purchase from Ferman Mazda of Brandon, and my experiences, both of them, have been top notch. Unlike other car buying experiences I've had with other dealerships, I felt like the staff at Ferman Mazda of Brandon really cared about the buyer and not just about making money and up-selling.
