I always had a bad vibe about the individuals who run the service department. They always gave me attitudes and tried to upsell me things I don’t need every time. They get kick backs for every thing they add service department. They always gave me attitudes and tried to upsell me things I don’t need every time. They get kick backs for every thing they add to your bill. I finally looked closer at a $1700 bill and realized they fraudulently charged me even after knowing my warranty would cover this repair. All I can say is watch your back if you’re dealing with Ferman Mini. They are low down crooked business people. If you value your money double check your bill. I had to call another honest mini dealership in North Carolina to get proof Ferman mini was ripping me off. If they don’t like you, they’ll rob you! All I can say is karma is real. More
