Tried to schedule oil change & recall fix since January. Finally had appointment in March only to learn the recall part is on back order. I have only had my oil changed there a couple of times. I arrive 15 minutes early and they take the car in right away instead of letting it sit there while I look at it from the waiting area for 45 minutes I arrive 15 minutes early and they take the car in right away instead of letting it sit there while I look at it from the waiting area for 45 minutes while getting frustrated which is what happens at another dealer that I use for my truck. Courtney is such a pleasure to deal with. Because these cars are so much more technical, if she doesn't know the answer to a question, she knows who to ask.
