Best car buying experience ever! It was one of those times where you find yourself needing a new car you hadn’t planned on. I met with Ryan to see what my options were for a used Mini It was one of those times where you find yourself needing a new car you hadn’t planned on. I met with Ryan to see what my options were for a used Mini Cooper. Immediately I felt that I was in very good hands. I did not feel I was being pressured into something I didn’t need or want. I felt Ryan was actually listening to me, my situation, my needs, and was taking that info seriously as he went over different options. Not once did he attempt to sell me anything above what I could afford or didn’t need. As a matter of fact, Ryan suggested a Volkswagen Jetta, not a mini, as something that truly fit all of my needs. It was not what I went there for, so I was hesitant. Once I saw the car and Ryan explained all the benefits, I was sold! Ryan listened, assessed, advised, and found me the most perfect car. Car Buying Made EZ First, I called my old bud Jack Rowland to tell him we wanted a new MINI only to find out it was his last day. So Jack handed us off to Sara Griffith First, I called my old bud Jack Rowland to tell him we wanted a new MINI only to find out it was his last day. So Jack handed us off to Sara Griffith. Sara was the most uncarlike salesperson: yay! She found a MINI that met most of our requests, set up an appointment, had the car ready when we arrived and most of the paperwork completed. She took us through the car, carefully explaining all the features and how they worked. Probably because I'm not the most tech savvy guy around, it took almost a week to get CarPlay working. To facilitate my CarPlay installation, Sara created a video on how to do it and it worked flawlessly. Never had that kind of customer care before! I highly recommend Sara to anyone looking to buy a MINI. Go get 'em Sara! Dennis Didier More
