We met Sara and her knowledge (starting with the pre video she emailed of the car) was amazing. Very sincere and gave great tips from personal experiences. We let he know the numbers we needed in order to make the deal work and everyone (sale, trade-in, finance) worked together to obtain a very fair transaction. The process was quick and it was extremely refreshing leaving the dealership with the feeling that everyone did their best to ensure we were satisfied. Great job everyone! More

Warranty service causes additional issues The horn stopped working on my 2016 Mini Cooper S and was still covered under warranty. In the process of replacing the steering wheel assembly to fix the horn problem the cap was scraped and scratched such that I had to return to the dealer a few days later for it to also be replaced. This is the second time warranty work at Ferman required me to return for a secondary fix. More
