Wonderful! My transaction with Furman was a bit out of the ordinary.....at least for me. I have never purchased a car sight unseen and without test driving it. However, Chellcey was right on it as soon as a car came in she knew we would love. And love it we do! Helpful, Patient I drove over from Orlando to see a particular vehicle, and got them to hold it for me for a day until I could get there to test drive it. Met with Sara who answered every question I could come up with, and wasn't just simply knowledgeable, but she knew the answers without having to get assistance from someone else or from having to look it up. Worked on financing, and got a pretty decent rate for the vehicle. One of the nicest bits was no pressure from anybody about anything. I would wholeheartedly recommend the dealership, and Sara as a salesperson particularly. More

A service department that goes above and beyond is rare these days! We were having a drive ability issue with our 2016 Mini Countryman & we had already had it to one dealership who didn’t even try to find these days! We were having a drive ability issue with our 2016 Mini Countryman & we had already had it to one dealership who didn’t even try to find the issue, told us it was a “normal characteristic” of the vehicle, so MINI USA suggested we try another dealership, our next closest was Ferman which was approximately 120 miles, they’re tech could not duplicate the problem right away either so Courtney recommended letting them keep it another day & sent us home in a loaner vehicle, another thing the other dealership didn’t offer, on the 2nd day the tech did feel the issue & they replaced the coils & the car has ran great since, we had another issue with the A/C shortly after & they came through again by sending us a vehicle instead of us driving to them!! Awesome people in that service department!! I wouldn’t change a thing & we will return! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Oh!! They also drove us to lunch the first day!! Thanks to that fella as well, can’t recall his name More
