Sara was nice, not pushy, and worked with us. We had a specific CPO Mini in mind, so that's exactly what she worked with us on. Even before making the drive, she did a 360 in and out video walkthrough of specific CPO Mini in mind, so that's exactly what she worked with us on. Even before making the drive, she did a 360 in and out video walkthrough of the car, with the top up and down, which gave us the confidence that it would be worth a look. We ended up purchasing it and were completely happy. Santos also worked with us to qualify for a financial incentive, and made sure we got it. So kudos to him as well. All in all, a great experience. I bought my 2020 Cooper little over 2 weeks ago. I have to say that Dallas was an awesome salesman.
