Great New Mini Have now bought five new cars from Ferman and Derek. He is a great guy to work with and you can trust him to tell you the truth. New car is un-expected brand (Mini) but Derek knew what we wanted and helped us into a great new Red Countryman. Michael the Sales Manager was excellent to work with and helped make my wifes dream come true. We moved over 30 miles away but Ferman was the dealer that we came back to. Amazing... EVERYTHING I brought my 2009 mini in for service... and it was in pretty rough condition. The vanos system was shot, it was leaking oil, brake pads were needing I brought my 2009 mini in for service... and it was in pretty rough condition. The vanos system was shot, it was leaking oil, brake pads were needing replacing... the works! So instead of pushing me to repair an obviously struggling car- Courtney with the service department suggested trading it in for a newer model. She didn’t have to- it’s her department to FIX them- not sell new ones. But she over heard me mention that I owed $5,000 on the car still and it was going to be $3,000 to repair it. So she directed me to Derek, who was an absolute charm. He listened to what I had to say- didn’t pressure me at all, was very welcoming and accommodating. I told him I hated the minis with the silver gas caps (worst design EVER) but I didn’t need an absolutely BRAND NEW car- as I’ve had the 2009 for 2 years and didn’t mind that it was 10 years old. So he found me THE PERFECT car- and after I fell in love with it. I was taken over to a gentleman named Joe Cleaver to flesh out the finances. He worked diligently and patiently- he even helped work out a deal that I could afford without emptying my bank! He was just as amazing as the rest of the team and I felt like I was in good hands. Never once did I feel like I was given the run-around, or promised things that weren’t delivered. Even days after coming home with my new car- they remained in touch. Asking how I enjoyed the new car- even being so kind and friendly enough to ask how much better it was than my old car! They’re so personable and wonderful. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience!! More
