I went in to this dealer because my cloth top on my 2014 has a worn spot that needs repair. The service manager told me they do not repair tops, have no one they can recommend, and suggested that the only has a worn spot that needs repair. The service manager told me they do not repair tops, have no one they can recommend, and suggested that the only thing they can do is replace the whole top for $5000. (The internet suggests a cost of about $3000 is the most one should pay for this.). I feel like the service department has no interest whatsoever in helping MINI owners preserve their convertibles. I was very disappointed. (The guy seemed a little hostile once he heard why I was at the dealership. Maybe it was just a display of guilt over the fact that he had nothing to offer. But it wasn't a pleasant experience.) More
