Horrible experience. My car was taken to them in April and I have been given back my vehicle 2 times due to poor repairs and workmanship or them forgetting to do repairs. I have spoken with several different employees from this location and the exact same service has been experienced. More

Stephen Nardone and Ferman Ford were able to get my vehicle in to be looked at for service due to some alerts popping up on my Ford Escape. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix it along with ta vehicle in to be looked at for service due to some alerts popping up on my Ford Escape. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix it along with taking care of some recalls that were out on my vehicle. Communication was great and I was able to get a nice rental vehicle all paid by the dealership while my vehicle was being serviced. Timing was normal for repairs, only a few days. I recommend them for your maintenance and servicing needs! More

The workmanship is horrible. I had a 2022 Ford Maverick. It’s a first year model so it has quite a few known issues. The biggest issue I had with the Maverick was the battery wi I had a 2022 Ford Maverick. It’s a first year model so it has quite a few known issues. The biggest issue I had with the Maverick was the battery wire harness. It took them a month to replace. They received the part in less than a week but it took them another 3 weeks to fit me in their schedule. The communication was horrible the only way I would “receive” an answer was if i physically went there. I also had a “Rear Seatbelt Monitor fault” message. I bought it in for repair. Well 3-3 days later they said it was fixed and i literally drove out of the parking lot and message came back on. They had my car for another two days to fix the problem When I received my car back from the rear fault message, I noticed a scratch on the door. They had the car for another 2-3 days to repair the scratch. After they repaired the door, whatever they used to get out the scratch also got on the window. So I had to bring the car back up there to remove the spot on the window. The service manager Will was very nice and easy to work with and apologized for the issues and inconvenience, the workman in the shop is horrible. I had s few more issues with car so I decided to trade in the Maverick. I really liked the car but I need Ford to work out the kinks first. More
