The service writer was sub standard in my opinion, I booked the appointment using the Ford App and one of the service levels was the works which I choose. Second I had a 4pm appointment that was booked well in advance and I planned to wait for the vehicle as noted when I booked, I was instructed that would be around 6pm before they could get to my truck which I consider unacceptable since I had a scheduled appointment. Not sure if I will use Ferman Ford again after this experience More

I came in because my car would not start. I was gotten an appointment and once I arrived I was told that it would only be a hour. This process took 3 hours. This is an unacceptable amount of I was gotten an appointment and once I arrived I was told that it would only be a hour. This process took 3 hours. Once I got my car back there was trash all in my car from the process including the red charge cap from the battery left in the windshield of my car. I have never had bad service here but this time was the worst. More
