We followed our Service Writer, Beth Petty, from a St Pete Ford dealership. Best decision ever. We still have her taking care of our 2020 Fusion. Added to that, we have the benefits of Ferman's driver te Pete Ford dealership. Best decision ever. We still have her taking care of our 2020 Fusion. Added to that, we have the benefits of Ferman's driver team. They all coordinated picking up my car in the morning and returning it to me in the afternoon...at no charge! Thanks to Beth, Tony, Chris and Dave!! And they updated me continually from start to finish!! More

After oil change, I have an oil leak, and after new brakes were put on. I had a terrible noise where metal was rubbing against my new rotors. Everyone was very friendly. I loved the drop off service. I was very unhappy with the way Walker Ford treated me on the phone, so I canceled my appointment(they are closer to m I loved the drop off service. I always make an appointment. But I'm always waiting at least 2 hours for an oil change. Then I'm told all this stuff is wrong with my car yet I have a spam number calling me sayi But I'm always waiting at least 2 hours for an oil change.
