I have purchased 4 vehicles from Countryside Ford in the past 5 years and have taken mine for service each time and every time I call to Jeremy Bauer to ask for an appointment, I get the time and day I need past 5 years and have taken mine for service each time and every time I call to Jeremy Bauer to ask for an appointment, I get the time and day I need and when I get there I am told within a short amount of time what the issue is and how it will take to get the issue resolved. If I need a rental car, they pay for it and it is there in minutes. The service has been excellent and I would highly recommend this dealership and the service manager, Jeremy Bauer. More

I brought my Escape in for an oil change and Chris was extremely pleasant and helpful in a very busy environment. He even offered to rub out and did rub off a spot on my vehicle that I have not been ab extremely pleasant and helpful in a very busy environment. Got in on a Saturday, Oil Change & tire rotation, completed timely. no problems!!! The service advisor promissed he would have my car ready in about two hours & when i came to pick my car up it wa completed timely. no problems!!!
