My air conditioner on my 2012 Taurus started making noise. Bill in the service dept tried to tell me on the phone that something must have slipped down onto the air condition blower mower, but I could noise. I stopped by the shop and he attempted to find the problem but conceded that it was the motor in the blower. I brought the car back the next day for service the following day. I was called around 11:30 the next morning to say it was done. Bill was a true professional in all sense of the word. Polite and engaging and took care of my vehicle as quickly as he could.
