I was referred to Countryside Ford-Clearwater by Liberty Mutual Insurance for collision repair to our 2006 Toyota 4-Runner. We would especially like to thank the repair technician(s) who performed the repairs. The work was excellent, and as promised, looked like new! I came for Tyre change two months back (may be in September) and i came on November for other Tyre first time they charged me about $249 for one tyre and second time they charged me about $140 for o September) and i came on November for other Tyre first time they charged me about $249 for one tyre and second time they charged me about $140 for one Tyre. When i asked the representative he told me that both tires were same but first time that price is high but when i see the tyre i dont think its the same one. i requested to rotate the tires both new at front and old on back they did rotation but not as i mentioned. overall i dont like the service and i dont want to recommend to others. i went in to have my oil changed, but i was having a problem with the car so i went to the service department..the manager came out looked at the problem and fixed it himself.. he said it was an easy f problem with the car so i went to the service department..the manager came out looked at the problem and fixed it himself.. he said it was an easy fix..not under warranty....he showed me how to fix it if it happened again....he stopped everything he was doing and helped me at no charge.....the men at the fast lane were very polite and had my car done when promised..everyone is so nice there More
We were new to the area when our Focus had a hesitation issue, so we went to this Ford dealership. It was a horrible experience. They misdiagnosed the problem; wanting to do a week long $2500 valve job. Ev issue, so we went to this Ford dealership. It was a horrible experience. They misdiagnosed the problem; wanting to do a week long $2500 valve job. Even worse, their "diagnosis" left the car much much worse -- nearly impossible to start and barely running. We said no to the valve job and took it to a local mechanic who replace the coil, plugs, and plug wires; completely fixing the problem for under $500. The mechanic also discovered that Countryside had neglected to reinstall the timing belt cover; of course, they denied and manager would not return phone calls. Avoid this dealership. More

My air conditioner on my 2012 Taurus started making noise. Bill in the service dept tried to tell me on the phone that something must have slipped down onto the air condition blower mower, but I could noise. I stopped by the shop and he attempted to find the problem but conceded that it was the motor in the blower. I brought the car back the next day for service the following day. I was called around 11:30 the next morning to say it was done. Bill was a true professional in all sense of the word. Polite and engaging and took care of my vehicle as quickly as he could. I used your courtesy van to be transported home and then back to the dealership both days. To say the least, both men were very congenial and polite. Linda Thoma More

I have been bringing my vehicles to Jeremy for several years, and now my children do as well because Jeremy has always gone out of his way to Bauer.
