At first, they sounded professional at the phone, but after my experience with service people, they really shouldn't be servicing Mazda' s as an on the side basis. Unfortunately Ford owns Mazda and they will let these Ford dealerships have a second dealership brand cars at the same dealer like the dealer i went to . I made an appointment a month ago to have a Safety Recall for the Driver Airbag after receiving a letter from Mazda and i was told that the Airbag will take a week to 10 day to arrive and it was OK because my appointment is a month away . The night before the appointment i received a call to confirm the appointment for the next day so anyone would think everything is OK and i will have this recall finally done. Well the next Morning i drive to the dealer which is about 30 minutes , then i pull to service drive and a service adviser asked me for the information, and when i told him i'm here for an airbag Recall ,he replied, "ARE YOU SURE THE AIRBAG IS HERE?" I said they called me last night to confirm the Appointment He said OK... just to make sure. Then they drove the car to the service department , and i waited at the customer lounge for about 45 minutes thinking they are doing the job. Then a different service adviser opens the lounge door with a frown face and ask for the owner of the RX8, and i reply "it's my car." He said "Oh, we have to order the Airbag for you to have the recall done on your car." I got very upset and replied, "Can i speak to your supervisor?" He said you can call (the name ..he said his name too fast that i don't even remember a letter from it) on Monday. I replied "no i will call Mazda Corp on Monday ." then he said "why I do have an ATTITUDE?" I said, "This is Poolsxxt monkey business" and i drove off. More

I have always been apprehensive when dealing with service related maint I purchased my 2011 Ford Mustang Convertible from Countryside Ford and Madza. I have always been apprehensive when dealing with service related maintenance/repairs at most repair shops. Jeremy Bauer changed all that for me. I have never met a service advisor who is not only knowledgeable, but honest! I ONLY take my car to Countryside Ford for this reason. Jeremy greets me by name, knows my vehicle, and is very courteous. And most of all, is very honest. He advising me ONLY what needs to be done and makes customer friendly recommendations on any service that may be needed. If service is not needed or can wait, he provides input based upon your vehicles needs, not the dealership. Jeremy has shown me that it is the customer that is important in every exchange. I honestly trust his judgement and opinion to the extent, whatever he recommends, I follow. I don't think twice. Countryside Ford is very lucky to have such an admirable service advisor such as Jeremy. Jeremy has assured that my vehicle will only be serviced and advised by Countryside Ford. Review on Service at Countryside Ford. I bought my 2011 Mustang new from Countryside Ford. I have had a lot of problems with it although my experience with the Service Department has been I bought my 2011 Mustang new from Countryside Ford. I have had a lot of problems with it although my experience with the Service Department has been good. All the repairs were covered under warranty. One thing that seems unusual is that every time I come in there is a different Service Advisor. There has been 3 so far. Why can't they keep their employees? This time I had Jeff Bowland and he was very accommodating. I was very pleased with the outcome. He was very Customer Service oriented, courteous, and got the repairs done. He was very helpful in getting me picked up when my vehicle was ready and the Courtesy Van was not available at the time. I also want to say I have used the Courtesy Van many times and the drivers are very nice. My overall experience was great. I do feel though that when buying a new vehicle from the dealership, oil changes for at least a few times should be free like other dealerships or at least a discounted price. There are very few incentives to go back to the dealership for regular maintenance issues. Georgia Greene More
