Terrible customer service I have take my vehicle in for service twice and have had terrible customer service. The service manager was very rude and even yelled at his service w I have take my vehicle in for service twice and have had terrible customer service. The service manager was very rude and even yelled at his service writer in front of me and several other shocked customers. Had to return several times to get it fixed. I understand that it's a car and things break but it was the attitude of the employees that was very disappointing. The service manager was extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating . He tried to blame me for much of the problems they created. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone and will drive further to get service in the future More
Homebound waiting for parts I am homebound for 11 weeks waiting for a clutch for my 2012 Focus. My car has engine light on and red transmission warning light on at times.The dece I am homebound for 11 weeks waiting for a clutch for my 2012 Focus. My car has engine light on and red transmission warning light on at times.The deceleration, hesitation, slippage and the difficultly in going 40-45MPH. at times is unpleasant. I got the extended warranty so as to have peace of mind for 5 years. I do not have any peace of mind when other drivers are yelling and honking horns and passengers screaming" We are going to die!" I have changed doctor appointments to July and canceled social events. I bought a new car so I would have a fairly carefree stressfree time for 5 years.It is considered safe and O.K. to drive a vehicle in this condition for that long. I find this unacceptable. More

I bought my brand new 2014 Mazda 3 had it for almost 2 years now, but every time I went there in the past 6 months i had issues with their customer se I bought my brand new 2014 Mazda 3 had it for almost 2 years now, but every time I went there in the past 6 months i had issues with their customer service, It's just a waste of time, I have a very busy schedule and I barley can get a day off, and every time I get a day off to get work done on the car it's just a HORRIBLE experience, but this last time on Feb, 5th 2016 I have had it with these guys, I waited there for 2 and half hours waiting for the service i requested to get done, I have this gentleman informing me no work will be done on the car today after all that long wait! and when I asked where is the customer service manager? I was informed he is at lunch!! This is just a part of how disrespectful it's! More

Wasted my Saturday without even a proper Apology Don't waste your time with this dealer, they don't care for your time at all. At first, they sounded professional at the phone, but after my experience with service people, they really shouldn't be servicing Mazda' s as an on the side basis. Unfortunately Ford owns Mazda and they will let these Ford dealerships have a second dealership brand cars at the same dealer like the dealer i went to . I made an appointment a month ago to have a Safety Recall for the Driver Airbag after receiving a letter from Mazda and i was told that the Airbag will take a week to 10 day to arrive and it was OK because my appointment is a month away . The night before the appointment i received a call to confirm the appointment for the next day so anyone would think everything is OK and i will have this recall finally done. Well the next Morning i drive to the dealer which is about 30 minutes , then i pull to service drive and a service adviser asked me for the information, and when i told him i'm here for an airbag Recall ,he replied, "ARE YOU SURE THE AIRBAG IS HERE?" I said they called me last night to confirm the Appointment He said OK... just to make sure. Then they drove the car to the service department , and i waited at the customer lounge for about 45 minutes thinking they are doing the job. Then a different service adviser opens the lounge door with a frown face and ask for the owner of the RX8, and i reply "it's my car." He said "Oh, we have to order the Airbag for you to have the recall done on your car." I got very upset and replied, "Can i speak to your supervisor?" He said you can call (the name ..he said his name too fast that i don't even remember a letter from it) on Monday. I replied "no i will call Mazda Corp on Monday ." then he said "why I do have an ATTITUDE?" I said, "This is Poolsxxt monkey business" and i drove off. More
