Horrible Dealership Don't go there. I made an appointment THREE weeks in advance to do recall service on two airbags. First, I was told on the phone in advance I had THRE Don't go there. I made an appointment THREE weeks in advance to do recall service on two airbags. First, I was told on the phone in advance I had THREE recalls, then two, then they weren't sure. Then, I asked for the Mazda service adviser to call me back. I never got a call back from him, only several reminders of my appointment. I asked more than once to talk with the service adviser. I was promised he would call. He never did. I showed up for my appointment to be told the airbags weren't in stock--THREE weeks after I made my appointment. The service adviser, Randall, told me he didn't even know I'd called. The calls reminding me of my appointment must have come from a "call center." So, I wasted a morning, no apology, no reason why the dealership would thrice call to confirm my appointment when they didn't have the parts to do the recall. Meantime, I was treated to several other service advisers arguing (in front of me, a customer) about where a car had been sent for service--the red team, blue team, purple team, whatever. The guy who sent it to the wrong "team" was told they had to keep the "teams" busy because that's how they made money. Great. Terrible way to do business. Awful. Go anywhere for service. Just not here. More
