road debris damage repair We had a underbody panel knocked off by road debris on the highway. We headed to Ferman Mazda service with the panel and without an appointment. The We had a underbody panel knocked off by road debris on the highway. We headed to Ferman Mazda service with the panel and without an appointment. The service people quickly started to reattach the panel and also provide additional fasteners that were lost/damaged. We were quickly on our way and completely satisfied. The service reps and mechanic were very professional, helpful, and friendly. Our experience was top-notch. Well done! A cut above! More

Staff efficiency When it appeared as if my car wouldn't be ready in the window of time I had been promised, staff worked to get things done and to allow me to pick up When it appeared as if my car wouldn't be ready in the window of time I had been promised, staff worked to get things done and to allow me to pick up my car on a Thursday at 5 so I could get to work on Friday. They did not have to accommodate me, but they did their best to get the job completed. And I got to work on Friday. More
