Finallly, a Service Center not trtying to sell me all of the I was extremely pleased when service manager Jeff from Ferman Ford came to get me from the lounge exactly 45 minutes after he said he would. The reca I was extremely pleased when service manager Jeff from Ferman Ford came to get me from the lounge exactly 45 minutes after he said he would. The recall from Lincoln was fixed, there was no charge and a full diagnostic report on the car indicated that everything was just fine. I did not need to buy all kinds of things, which is often the case at many auto service centers. I recommend Ferman service and will use them again. They treated me fairly and did not try and up-sell me like many of their competitors. More
