Ferman has terrible communication. It is completely on the client to guess what is happening to their vehicle and follow up on it. By their own admission, they are too busy. They should not accept more vehicles than they can reasonably handle. I was told I would be updated on Fridays and Tuesdays and never was= I had to keep calling and bothering my adjuster and then would finally get some information. When I picked up my car, all 4 tires had low pressure and I had to put air in them, myself. I still don’t think the car was fully inspected, and there is still something going on with the tires, but the claim was paid, so… I understand being overly busy, but there again, another collision center told me right upfront, not to bring my car there, because they were just too busy to get to it before 2-3 weeks and I appreciated their honesty. More

Disappointed, I won’t go back again and top of it. Mechanics didn’t pull the sticker and forgot to reset the computer with an oil change. Really upset about it, but most for the consideration of not having option for renting a vehicle for me and my family. More
