Required service from Dale mabry shop,Mr. Nardone wanted to charge me for a service that should of been done by other store before I purchased less than 3 weeks prior. Bad communication. Service rep blamed me for misunderstanding. Because he has 39 years experience. He did not tell me about 200 dollar diag fee. Website said free brake Service rep blamed me for misunderstanding. Because he has 39 years experience. He did not tell me about 200 dollar diag fee. Website said free brake inspection. When I picked up vehicle he just pointed outside and tossed me the keys. Will not be coming back. More
