Anthony Suda was my initial contact, and who did the majority of the negotiating and deal. He was very professional, polite, straightforward, and happy to answer my numerous questions. He was also quite accommodating with my schedule, even when it included sharing the deal with another sales team member (Alistair Campbell). Alistair did my test drive, was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and did not over pressure my decision. Alistair also finished up the deal, did my orientation to my new CX-9, along with Jason, and sent me on my way a very happy customer with a great car! Thanks to everyone at Ferman! The truth is my first experience with Ferman Mazda was very bad, so bad that I bought my Mazda three elsewhere. However a sales manager (Mike) called at some point after my purchase and listened to my sto very bad, so bad that I bought my Mazda three elsewhere. However a sales manager (Mike) called at some point after my purchase and listened to my story. I started with the service department (under warranty oil changes) which led me to Linden Mason. I spoke to him one day mistaking him for someone else but his professional manner and determination led me back to Ferman when I decided the Mazda 3 while a great car did not offer the space I needed. Linden started working on me one day at a time and before long he had a customer. I told my son about him, I tell anyone interested in buying a car to look for Linden Mason. More

I was able to get my car in for the appointment the next day. Once I arrived, it took only 45 min to an hour to change the oil, rotate tires, and windshield wipers.
