Service for two batteries was fine, until I got home and discovered the tech had broken my windshield washer quick connect directly adjacent to my battery. Cameron at Ferman was very helpful when my car failed and I had it towed to the dealership without an appointment. They took my car in without any hesitation. It didn't take long for them to find out what I had it towed to the dealership without an appointment. They took my car in without any hesitation. It didn't take long for them to find out what was wrong and got it fixed in time for me to leave for Maine on Saturday, May 6th, and it had been towed there on May 1st.
