I brought my vehicle in for some recalls. Advised them my issues with vehicle and was told that's possibly due to the recalls needed. I had to make an appointment out almost 4 weeks in advanc Advised them my issues with vehicle and was told that's possibly due to the recalls needed. I had to make an appointment out almost 4 weeks in advance since apperiently it was that busy. I brought the vehicle in on a Monday. A week later next Monday Stephen tells me over phone that vehicle has other issues and cannot do recall until other things are fixed. I advised him to please do the recall and I will handle the other things. He implied on telling me that he wouldn't be able to align my wheel and he cannot let me leave like this. Also stating for the recall he would still need to order the parts and wait for them which would take days. Initially I am already a month into this. Almost 4 weeks waiting for apt. (Parts could've been ordered then) Then my vehicle sat in service for 7 days and hasn't been touched or Parts ordered. I told him to order the parts I will wait. He then tells me he needs a managers approval before he can do it. After not getting anywhere with him I asked to speak to manager who told me he will call me back first thing in the morning and never did. I called in around noon and couldn't get ahold of him. Left him messages nothing. Come to next business day I get a text from Stephen that my vehicle is done. It's crazy how all of a sudden the parts came in (no need for ordering now) and how the manager couldn't even call me back like he said or answer my calls but apparently needed an approval first. I am very disappointed with how I was treated. I will go to another ford dealership next time. I will tell everybody about my horrible experience More

Did not listen to or take the information given seriously at all. Over $5,000.00 and the problem was not even addressed, looked at or diagnosed. We will find somewhere else to go. at all. Ferman made a difficult situation suspiciously easy… In September of 2022 I had planned to order a Maverick. So when it was announced that the order website was open, I went to Elder Ford in Tampa (where I September of 2022 I had planned to order a Maverick. So when it was announced that the order website was open, I went to Elder Ford in Tampa (where I had a test drive 6 months before). I had the same salesperson that took me on the test drive and we were almost through the process when he asked how I wanted to pay fir the deposit… I said “I don’t want to pay a deposit, it’s not required by Ford, I have an X-Plan PIN, let me speak to your boss” The sslespersaid “He’ll say the same thing” so I got up and walked to the exit calmly and the salesman tried to stop me by asking me to come back. “Why would I come back, you saud your biss is going to say the same thing, did you want to waste MORE of my time by trying to talk me into it?” and I kept walking. I called all the other dealers asking if they would take my X-Plan first and if there was a required deposit. Waljer wouldn’t take the C-Plan, Autoway St. Pete wanted $300, so I called Ferman and asked the same thing. Domminick said yes to the X-Plan and no to the deposit. It was Sunday afternoon so I went straight there, we keyed in the order and he explained that it would be dumb to take a deposit on a truck he could sell for more than my X-Plan price if, when it came in, I chose not to buy it… Had I had Domminick logic at Elder, it might have turned out differently. It took 8 months for my Maverick to arrive and frankly, I had given up hope and started looking for a Tacoma… But not right away… In the 8 months it took to get here, I had texted Dimminick multiple times to see if there was any news, and each time nothing. Then he called me, after hours, on Friday evening to tell me the Maverick had arrived… Suspicious, I drove to the dealership to see if there was a black Maverick with my specs… Sure enough, there was a filthy Maverick tight there. I came in on Saturday, Domminick wasn’t able to help, but others were… And a deal was struck… Everyone had a logical answer for all my suspicions and it turned out great. Domminick logic and straightforward, no nonsense sales team. More
